Our Certifications

In March 2002 the European Commission issued a EU-wide label for organic food. It has been mandatory throughout the EU since July 2010 and has become a compulsory after a two-year transition period. After it has reviewed the BOLICERT Control System requirements, it is hereby declared that operation compliance with Colicert procedures and Equivalent European Union Organic Producing & Processing Standard for Third Countries which is considered equivalent the Regulation 834/2007-889/2008 EU Rule.

The National Organic Program (NOP) oversees USDA-accredited certifying agents and their certification of organic production and handling operations. After it was reviewed by the BOLICERT Control System requirements. It is hereby declared that operation complied with the NOP-USDA-7 CFR Part 206 rule.

Issued by Bolcert as operator with Code 002-BOL-013E. This certification is based on compliance with the CAN/CGSB-32.310/32.311-2009 General Principles and Management Standards and Permitted Substances Lists for Producer, Processor, and Exporter. So all certified products will use the trademark and can be labeled as “Organic/Biologique” products.

It is distinguished by its various accreditations allowing access of products certified to the most demanding markets. Your policy and quality objectives comply with ISO standard 45011 and 65 criteria of IFOAM- 834/2007 – 889/2008  RU; NOP-USDA; CAN/CGSB 32.310 and CAN/CGSB 32.311

Having complied with the technical and legal requirements set by law, it is duly registered in the Register of the District dependent Chief Plant Health under the category of processing and packaging company, therefore benefited or is authorized to processing plants, seeds, agro-products and by-products and/or forestry that subject to control.
